Mrs. Weasley's Slop Sweater

Is Harry's sweater slop? Presumably since Mrs. Weasley can do enchanted knitting she didn't sit there herself and hand-knit those sweaters for all her kids.

Harry really likes the sweater. Does this make him a chump? Does he not realize all she probably did was say "Knit sweaters, first initial of each kid's name in the center"?
